Voor SALTO International School RISE zijn we op zoek naar een leerkracht met passie en enthousiasme voor onderwijs gericht op een internationale populatie en taalonderwijs. Iemand die creatief en flexibel is. Daarnaast iemand die ziet en begrijpt welke onderwijsbehoeften kinderen hebben en hier het onderwijs op afstemt.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a teacher with passion and enthusiasm for teaching focused on an international population and language learning. Someone who is creative and flexible. In addition, someone who sees and understands the educational needs of children and adapts the teaching to these needs.

Are you that group 2 teacher who, like us, enjoys working together? Create a nice pedagogical climate every day and stimulate children to use their social talents? Do you feel responsible for your own group and also think in school interests?

Kwalificaties

• Moedertaalspreker Nederlands (of C2-niveau, Common European Framework Reference) om les te geven in het Nederlandse curriculum of moedertaalspreker Engels (of C2-niveau, Common European Framework Reference) om les te geven in het Engelse curriculum.  Als de uiteindelijk geselecteerde kandidaten gelijk zijn, kiezen we voor de Nederlandse kandidaat. 
• Volledig gekwalificeerde leraar Basisonderwijs (DUO-geaccrediteerd)

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker (or C2 level, Common European Framework Reference) to teach the Dutch curriculum or Native English speaker (or C2 level, Common European Framework Reference) to teach the English curriculum.  If our finally selected candidates are equal, we will choose the Dutch candidate.  
• Fully qualified Primary teacher (DUO accredited)
• Eligible to work within the European Union

• Heeft het vermogen om achter het gedrag van kinderen te kijken en hun behoeften te begrijpen
• Legt contacten en bouwt relaties op met collega's, leerlingen en ouders
• Ervaring in internationaal onderwijs en bekendheid met het IPC is een pre, maar niet vereist.
• Beschikbaar is op maandag, dinsdag en om de week op woensdag

We are looking for somone who:

• Has a passion for education, a heart for young children and a natural ability to bring out the best in children
• Advocates play based learning and has a good understanding of how young children learn best
• Enjoys a challenge and is open-minded
• Is enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible
• Has an affinity for working with international families
• Is passionate about language education in a multilingual setting
• Is adept at differentiating instruction and adapting his or her teaching to meet the needs of the children.
• Can build a safe pedagogical climate
• Has the ability to look behind children's behaviour and understand their needs
• Creates connections and builds relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents
• Experience in international education and familiarity with the IPC is an advantage, though not required
• Is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Wednesday
